Personal Fiduciary Advisors, LLC (PFA) and its founder, Wallace (Wally) Head, serve a few wealthy families as a board or committee member of their private trust company or family office, and as a senior advisor regarding topics such as:

  • Fiduciary services provided by their private trust company or a directed trustee alternative
  • Structuring their family office and family investment program to achieve optimal results
  • Family office services provided by their family office or outsourced providers of those services

PFA also advises wealthy families who are considering establishing a family office or private trust company.

Founded in 2010

Wally founded PFA in 2010, following a career that included senior-level positions with national accounting and investment management firms, co-owner and president of the Family Office Exchange, and CEO of the trust and investment management business unit of The Private Bank and Trust Company in Chicago.

When Wally joined Gresham Partners, LLC as vice chairman in 2012, PFA became a wholly owned subsidiary of Gresham. Wally reacquired PFA when he retired from Gresham at the end of 2021.

PFA and Wally do not provide legal, accounting or investment advisory services and PFA is not a registered investment adviser.
